OMAIA is a small project born out of a deep love for Bali.
Bali has always been a source of inspiration for us, a place where time seems to pass differently.
It all began on a winding road along the coast of Amed. The light, the majestic Mount Agung, the lush green rice fields, and the endless sea… That day, we knew we wanted to create a place that reflected the beauty of this region. And so OMAIA was born. A collection of villas designed to offer the full Balinese experience: open to nature, built with fine materials, crafted by local artisans, and conceived for those seeking much more than just a place to stay.
We are not a resort.
We are a Franco-Balinese team united by a shared vision: to design elegant and harmonious spaces that blend seamlessly with nature, while showcasing the craftsmanship of local artisans. Every detail matters—from lava stones to hand-carved teak, from woven bamboo lighting to natural textiles… Nothing is left to chance. Each element tells a story—that of an authentic and vibrant Bali, proudly passed down by its people.

OMAIA is growing slowly, with respect for the environment. Following our first intimate villa, we are pleased to present Villa Padi, a charming villa nestled on the edge of the rice fields, designed as a dialogue between light, nature, and design.
